I have a right to decline the commission for any reason

I will not work with people who post or retweet AI "art", thank you for understanding

Commissions are selected based on my personal preference and what I'm most comfortable with drawing and not first come-first serve.

Please understand that i will not deviate much from my usual art style

I will start with the commission when the invoice is paid

Refunds are not possible if I already started the commission

I have a right to cancel the commission in any stage of completion, you will then receive a full refund (this is not something I would do on a whim and without reason)

I retain full rights to the commissioned art, which means I can post it to my twitter or other social media

You may not claim the commissioned art as your own

You may not post the commissioned art to your social media, it is solely for personal use

If you would like to post the art, please consult me first

You are not allowed to make any kind of profit with the commissioned art

The commercial fee is +100% of the agreed price or more depending on how it will be used

Commercial rights can be purchased at a later date or after the commission has been finished.

Please keep in mind that I will ALWAYS try to draw your commission to the best of my ability

It may take me from 1 week to 1 month or more to finish a commission

If possible I would not like to be rushed, but if you must, rush orders will come with an extra fee, which will be discussed with you

Always tell me if you expect the commission to be finished in a certain timeframe, this way we avoid complications if the commission is not done when you expect it to be

I would like to send you work in progress pics often, so you can give me feedback and keep the progress in the right direction

The sketching phase is the best time to ask for pose changes or adjustments, don't hesitate to provide as much detail as you want.

After sketching phase, no major edits or changes will be made. If you still want to make changes, you can do so for an extra fee, which will be discussed with you

Please keep this reasonable, I will not be redrawing the whole illustration

I will only add changes to the final piece if it was something I overlooked and was my fault

If it's something you want added/changed and you did not provide clear instructions about it you will have to pay an extra fee

You are responsible to provide and point out details that you want me to add.
